I'm a leadership coach who believes that all quiet leaders have the potential to be great leaders, and that quiet isn’t something you need to work around to be successful. My mission is to help quiet leaders find their voice, show up fully, and make their greatest impact.

Quiet leaders are typically reflective, thoughtful, observant, and self aware. They’re great listeners who often prefer 1-on-1 interactions and small groups over larger ones, and deep conversations over small talk.
